2-year manufacturer warranty on every Formuler box

Every Formuler streaming box sold by Formuler.vip is covered by a 2-year manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. We are the authorized Formuler distributor for Canada and the USA — every box you receive is a genuine, sealed product backed by the manufacturer.

What the warranty covers

  • Hardware defects (boot failures, HDMI issues, power adapter failures, remote pairing failures)
  • Functional defects present at delivery (DOA — dead on arrival)
  • Premature hardware failure within the 24-month warranty period under normal use

What the warranty does not cover

  • Damage from physical impact, water, or other accidental damage
  • Damage caused by power surges or improper power source
  • Damage from custom firmware flashing or unauthorized modifications
  • Cosmetic wear and tear
  • Issues with third-party IPTV subscriptions (those are the responsibility of your IPTV provider, not the hardware)

30-day return policy

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. The box must be in its original condition with all included accessories and packaging.

How to start a return or warranty claim

  1. Contact us at sales@formuler.vip with your order number and a description of the issue (and a photo if applicable).
  2. We'll respond within 1 business day with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and the return shipping address.
  3. Pack the box securely with all original accessories and the RMA number written on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the package back to us. For defective products, we cover return shipping; for standard 30-day returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
  5. Once we receive the return, we process refunds within 5-10 business days. Replacements ship as soon as the return is received and inspected.

DOA (Dead on Arrival) replacements

If your Formuler box arrives defective or non-functional out of the box, we'll arrange an immediate replacement and cover all shipping costs both ways. Just contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Refund timing

  • Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days after we receive the returned product
  • PayPal refunds: 3-5 business days
  • Shop Pay / Apple Pay / Google Pay: 5-10 business days

Wholesale orders

For wholesale and bulk orders, returns and warranty claims follow the same process. Please include your business invoice number with the RMA request. For distributor packs of 50 or 100 units, additional terms may apply — these are detailed in your wholesale agreement.
