Formuler.vip (operated by Netsellers Inc.) ships to Canada, the United States, and 18 additional countries in Europe and Oceania. All orders ship from our warehouse at 1727B Saint Laurent Blvd, Ottawa, ON K1G 3V4, Canada.

Processing Time

Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation.

Canada and United States

Free shipping via UPS or Canada Post on all single-unit and wholesale orders. Estimated delivery: 3-7 business days. No customs fees on US orders.

International Shipping

We ship single-unit products to: United Kingdom, Germany, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Ireland, Italy, Spain, Austria, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Switzerland, Poland, Portugal, Australia, and New Zealand. Flat-rate UPS Express Saver shipping at CAD $70. Estimated delivery: 5-8 business days. Import duties and local taxes may apply on delivery and are the customer's responsibility.

Wholesale Multi-Packs

Multi-pack orders (Pack of 2, 4, 10, 20) ship to Canada and the USA only via UPS.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. If you do not receive tracking within 3 business days of ordering, contact sales@formuler.vip.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, photograph the box and contents before opening further and email us within 48 hours. If a shipment is marked delivered but you have not received it, contact us within 7 days so we can open a carrier investigation.
