Refund policy

This refund policy applies to all consumer orders placed on formuler.vip, operated by Netsellers Inc.

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it,
  • In its original packaging, with all original accessories (remote, HDMI cable, power adapter, manual),
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Defective or damaged units received from us are eligible for a free replacement or full refund regardless of the 30-day window.

How to start a return (RMA process)

Before shipping anything back, email sales@formuler.vip with your order number and the reason for return. We reply within 1 business day with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and a prepaid return shipping label.

Please do not ship items back without first obtaining an RMA. Items returned without an RMA may be refused or delayed.

Free return shipping

We pay the return shipping by mail for all returns within Canada and the USA. You will never be charged a return-shipping fee. There is no restocking fee on unused, unopened returns and no restocking fee on defective units.

Refund timing

Once we receive and inspect your return at our Ottawa facility, we email you to confirm receipt. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of our receipt of the item. Your bank or credit-card issuer may take an additional 3–5 days before the refund appears on your statement.

Damages, defects, and wrong items

Please inspect your order on arrival. If the item is defective, damaged in transit, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at sales@formuler.vip. We will replace or refund the affected unit at no cost to you and arrange the return at our expense.

2-year manufacturer warranty

Every Formuler streaming box sold by Formuler.vip is covered by a full 2-year manufacturer warranty. Warranty claims after the 30-day return window are handled directly through us — email sales@formuler.vip with your order number and a description of the issue and we will arrange repair or replacement.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

  • Quote-only wholesale orders are excluded from this consumer return policy. Wholesale return terms are governed by your individual quote and purchase agreement.
  • Gift cards and items marked “Final Sale” at the time of purchase are non-returnable.
  • Items intentionally damaged or modified after delivery are non-returnable.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If shipping into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be in the same condition you received it, with all original packaging and accessories, and you must include proof of purchase.
