Every Formuler streaming box from Formuler.vip ships free in Canada and the USA on qualifying orders — no extra fees, no customs surprises. We process every order from our warehouse in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada and dispatch within 1 business day.

Canada delivery

  • Standard shipping: Free on orders $75 CAD and up. Typically 2-5 business days.
  • Standard shipping (orders under $75 CAD): $12 CAD flat. 2-5 business days.
  • Express shipping: $20 CAD flat. 1-2 business days nationwide.

USA delivery

  • Standard International: Free on orders $100 USD and up. Typically 4-8 business days.
  • Express International: $39.99 USD on orders $75-$1000. 2-4 business days.
  • Express Shipping: $99.99 USD on orders over $1000. 1-3 business days.

International delivery

We ship single units to 18 countries across Europe and Oceania, including the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Netherlands, Australia, and more. International orders use UPS Express Saver at a flat $70 CAD (5-8 business days). International shipping is currently available for single-unit retail products only; wholesale multi-packs ship within Canada and the USA.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track it in real time via the carrier's website (Canada Post, UPS, USPS depending on destination).

Carriers we use

  • Canada Post for domestic Canada (Standard and Express)
  • UPS for international and US Express
  • USPS for US Standard International

Important notes

  • We do not collect duties or customs on Canada or USA orders — your free-shipping price is the full price.
  • Delivery times exclude weekends and public holidays.
  • If a package is delayed by the carrier, please contact us — we work with the carrier to resolve and replace lost shipments under our buyer protection policy.
  • For wholesale orders of Pack of 50 or Pack of 100, freight quotes are arranged separately. Contact us for a quote.
