Replacement and upgrade remotes made by Formuler, shipped from our Ottawa warehouse across Canada and the USA. Every remote here is the genuine Formuler part, not a third-party copy, and each product page lists the exact boxes it works with, checked against Formuler's own specifications. Which Formuler remote do you need?

• GTV-BT3 backlit Bluetooth voice remote — the remote that ships with the Z12 Ultra and Z12 Ultra SE. Backlit keys, voice search, universal TV control and TV IR learning. Buy it as a spare, or to replace a lost or damaged BT3.
• GTV-BT1 Bluetooth voice remote — ships with the Z12 Pro, Z11 Pro Max BT1, Z mini and GTV 4K, and is listed by Formuler as an upgrade for the Z10 and Z11 series. Adds voice search and universal TV control to boxes that came with an infrared remote, such as the Z11 Pro and Z10.
• GTV-IR1 infrared learning remote — the standard remote for the Z10 and Z11 Pro and a simple, battery-friendly replacement for any Formuler box that accepts infrared commands. No pairing required.

Before you order

Bluetooth remotes (BT1, BT3) need to be paired once: hold OK and MENU until the white LED blinks, then use Settings, Bluetooth Remotes & Accessories, Pair Accessory on the box. TV power and volume control is programmed through the Formuler Remote app on the box. If your remote only works when pointed straight at the box, the Bluetooth link has dropped and re-pairing usually fixes it.
